So BZ... but it's OK
I am so busy but I’m not complaining… I’m afraid that if I complain God will take these blessings away. I am just thankful that I am able to do these things by His grace.
Thursday night – I was with Trixie and An working on 2 projects in Miguel’s office in Makati. I got home around 1030pm.
Friday - I was busy at work because of new performance measures that we need to implement in the team and the list of my to-do’s seems to go longer and longer everyday. Friday night – I delivered the franchise agreement to the salon. Molly and Rod went with me. I waited for Karen and her friend to finish their facials. And Mr. Quickie was ff-up my proposal for the FGD but I’ve sent it to them a couple of days ago. Then we went home and had my favorite Pinoy comfort food, sinigang! Buti na lang Ma was in the house and cooked for us.
Saturday – was a busy, busy day. I was in the office, rushed to revise WSI’s SLA, checked the work plan for the single domain migration, etc… Went to Rustan’s in the hope that I would find a gift for Sharyn but didn’t. Went to Lasalle and enrolled in my HR Management class (their enrollment system should be improved!), then attended class for 7 hours, from 1230pm to 730pm. Rod and Molly picked me up and we went straight to Sharyn’s. We all had fun there, as always, because Sharyn and Jens are such good hosts. The food is super! Kateh slept over. I was so tired I almost fell asleep on the floor while Rod, Kate and I were watching Amazing Race. Kateh said she watched TV til 230am.
Sunday - We slept late Sunday morning and attended church service at 11pm. We were blessed with Pastor Jun Escosar’s preaching on leadership. He’s an anointed speaker and his message is so powerful that Rod even asked for the copy of his PPT slides, unfortunately we didn’t bring our memory stick and we were not able to get a copy of the slides. I think we were there to listen to Pastor Jun for a reason. I am just thankful that the Lord is stirring our hearts and is calling us to be leaders.
Molly was so noisy during the service! She was playing with the offering envelopes, I thought we should give at least 25pesos and indicate that it’s for the envelope that Molly played with. We saw our cell group and cell leaders after the service that made me realize that I miss them and I would like to build our family’s relationship with them.
Anyway, lunch was at Tempura, Molly was so magulo and was really in the mood. We went to Robinson’s after lunch. They were having a 3-day sale so there were a lot of people in the mall. Molly tried on around 6 pairs of shoes. We got her a pair of red shoes and a shimmering shoe – buy 1, take 1; 7 pairs of socks; 1 shirt from from Baby Guess; and 1 dress from Oshkosh.
After that we went home and finally slept. I woke up and found out that Ma and Pa are at home. We went to my office to pick-up my computer. I prepared carbonara then we had dinner and Rod went to work at around 915pm.
Tomorrow is the start of a new week… busy, busy week… but I’m not complaining. Bring it on!
